Citizen Participation Dilemma And Outlet Of The Legal Mechanisms

Since the reform and opening up over the past two decades and more, the participation of Chinese citizen goes depth and width, as the development of market economic and the rising of civil society. It promotes our society to be more democracy and legal positively. But, because of lacking a mature traditional legal culture and civil society, there are a lot of problems in the citizen participation system in law to Chinese, and it has a great influence to it's effects and standards. In the proceeding of the rule of law in China ,we should strengthen the citizen participation system to promote a interactive between citizen and power ,expend the space of democracy and politics, cultivate the civil society and make a full use of the citizen autonomy function adequately, in order to get rid of difficulties in legal citizen participation system.
