Earthquake Impending Earthquake Forecast Released After The Government's Emergency Response

Based on the studies of different kinds of earthquake emergency management files, the paper analyzed every possible problems and earthquake countermeasures of the government after forecasting imminent earthquake with different references and cases. From studying all possible problems of destructive earthquakes, such as the system organization, the plan inspection, the earthquake rumors subsidence, the disaster relief preparation, public security prevention, victims resettlement, communications, sanitary guarantee and secondary disaster prevention, the paper presented an practical imminent emergency response plan scenario for destructive earthquake in all aspects. In addition, considered there is little work experience in earthquake emergency response and no content of imminent earthquake in emergency response plan scenario, the paper also made an innovational plan of imminent earthquake emergency response at provincial level. The work has a guiding significance to imminent earthquake emergency response from the earthquake predicated to it occurred, and it also filled the blank of the earthquake emergency management for imminent earthquake forecast, so it can be regarded as a supplement to the emergency response plan scenario for destructive earthquake of Shaanxi Province, and it can also be used directly by local people's government at different levels.
