Research On The First Responder Training System For Earthquake Emergency Response

As an important force to deal with earthquake disasters,the first earthquake emergency responders have been paid more and more attention in China in recent years.Many provinces,including Shaanxi Province,have been carrying out related trainings for the first responders.Based on investigation and research,we collect and utilize relevant data of Shaanxi Province to optimize the training system and guarantee of the first responders of earthquake emergency,hoping to provide some theoretical basis and reference for the training of the first responders,and hence promote its construction.Firstly,we study the relevant literature and define the basic concept of the training system for the first responders of earthquake emergency.Then,by using questionnaire survey to collect the information and views and attitudes toward the first responders and the trainings of public in B city in Shaanxi Province,we find that factors such as culture,occupation,public welfare and rescue experience have significant impacts on the training enthusiasm of the first responders,and cognition,understanding and trust are positively correlated with willingness to participate in first responder training.By interviewing and investigating the trainers and trainees of the first respondent training in Shaanxi Province,we find that there are some problems existed in training subjects,teachers,training contents,training forms,training effectiveness and training guarantee,and reasons are analyzed from the perspectives of public foundation,training design and government support.On the basis of investigation and analysis,we study and optimize the training system of the first responders of earthquake emergency: using the theory of functional motivation to analyze the motivation of participating in the first responder and training,optimizing the development model of the subject and the teaching staff;guided by the knowledge and skills contained in the theory of earthquake search and rescue to perfect the training contents in both physical and mental qualities and spiritual concepts;innovate the training form in a traditional and emerging way;to design a training evaluation procedure with four levels according to thetraining evaluation Coriolis model.Next,we study the guarantee of training system operation,put forward safeguards for organization,funds,and facilities and so on.Finally,the conclusion of investigation,training system and support research is concluded.
