Urban Community Care Model Study

China's economic and social reform has sustained. Social management and social services gradually return to the community. Social care gradually transted from national unit to the micro-community, the process of community care in ommunity management has become more apparent,and become a prominent part of social life .Community care is under the charge of Party and government to mobilize community support and community resources, in order to increse the welfare for all community members .It's the objective demand of China's social security and modern public management develemant. such as: the traditional nationnal wlefare unsustainable, family care has been reduced,aged people has been increased.Community care modeling should follow the principles of practicality, integrity and universality.Focused on community informal care among residents, market involvement, the NGO support,and in order to bulider up a sustained, harmonious sociaty.Based on the new multiple factors involved in community care mold, the author take Changsha Meiling community as an example to start practice analysis. in incroducing the contradiction between supply and demand, administrative behavior and social behavior ,community involvement of residents.
