Research On The Participation Path Of Multiple Subjects Of Home Care Services In Urban Communities From The Perspective Of Regional Development Model ——A Community As An Example

In order to effectively alleviate the increasingly severe aging situation in China,it is necessary to continuously improve and develop old-age services and find a practical and feasible old-age service model.Community home care services are a realistic choice to alleviate the pressure of china’s old-age care.At present,the development of home care services in urban communities is relatively slow.The main body of supply of home care services in urban communities is mainly neighborhood committees,and the supply of a single subject causes the development of home care services to be difficult.The resources of residents,social organizations,volunteers and enterprises in the community are not fully linked,and the overall participation awareness of the community is weak.This study is based on practical research,based on extensive interviews,and from the theoretical perspective of regional development models.A community A was used as a sample of the study.First of all,through the basic situation of the A community,the current situation of the development of home care services in the community and the resources of home care services in the community,the direction of the participation of multiple subjects in the A community in the community home care services is determined;Secondly,according to field surveys and extensive interviews,the problems and causes of the obstruction of residents,social organizations,volunteers,enterprises,hospitals and other entities in the community to participate in the community home care service are defined and the causes are analyzed;third,according to the problem definition and cause analysis,the theoretical framework of the regional development model is used to carry out community activities to effectively solve the problems existing in the participation of various subjects in the community home care service;finally,according to the summary of practice,Explore the participation path of community entities with continuous interaction with community home care for the A community and have the ability to continue to develop.On the basis of full research and analysis,through the combination of theory and practice,to enhance the service awareness of residents and promote the participation of residents by carrying forward the advantages of community elites;Promote the participation of neighborhood committees by improving the attention of neighborhood committees to community home care services and enhancing the professional ability of neighborhood committees;Promote the participation of volunteer organizations by cultivating volunteer organizations and broadening the channels of participation of volunteer organizations;Promote corporate engagement with clear responsibility mechanisms for corporate participation;Get support from medical resources by linking the green channels for the elderly in hospitals.Through the above research,it is proposed that in order to better maintain the active participation of multiple subjects of home care services in urban communities,it is necessary to improve the system,organization and supervision.
