Analysis Of The Transformation Of The Construction Of Government Credit

As the core and backbone, government credit plays an important role to promote the whole system's construction. At present, lack of credit in government would lead to collapse of society credit system and ultimately interfere with society development. Therefore, it would have a profound practical significance to advance government credit and build a credit government. The system of credit government not only reflects social justice, but also protects the whole society against the social injustice phenomenon exits in every aspect of social activities. Based on the the administrative theory, the main reason that causes this kind of phenomenon is anlysized in this paper. In the point of view of the tranditonal culture, planning economy and political system of centralization, such aspects as imperfectness of the political system, the deficiency in political consciousness, unrational administrative supervisory system, unsuccessful supervising mechanisms and administration fashions act as the important roles in social tranformation.On the basis of the full analysis of sufficient data combined with Chinese concrete reality, this paper carries oh the transformation of administrative ideas, reforms of the executive intendance administration system, strengthening administrative supervision, publicize Government Affairs, administers legislates, strengthening the function of the credit management department,etc, in order to enrich the method of strenthening and enhancing the government credit.
