Protect The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Their Democratic Rights

Report of the Seventeenth National Congress of the CPC said that: Intra-Party democracy provides an important guarantee for improving the Party's creativity and reinforcing its solidarity and unity. Guarantying party member's democratic rights provided the fundamental political prerequisite for Intra-Party democracy. So we must slice the real implementation of the solid guarantee party member democracy. This text is divided into three parts:The first part elaborated the content of guarantying party member's democratic rights, carding the theoretic and practice about guarantying party member democratic right made by Marxism-Leninism and the Party's three generation collective leadership, Analyzing the significance of guarantee party member's democratic rights. It refers that it is the requirement of improving the party's art of leadership and governance capability, is the requirement of making decision scientifically and democratically.
