In the era of knowledge economy, more and more people have realized the great importance of human resource in competition among modern enterprises. The needed physical resource such as capitals, equipments and so on, which enterprises can get, is not the only competitive advantage of enterprises. And what is more important is whether the enterprises have the human resource management that can match the general management of the enterprises.This thesis reviewed the human resource management history simply, and formulized the signification and content of the human resource management. On the basis of these, this thesis analyzed the situation of human resource development strategy of CS Company, and then found out the advantage and di sadvantage of the human resource management of CS Company by combining the conditions inside and outside of CS Company. And at last, this thesis applied the theory of human resource management to put forward the human resource management countermeasure of CS Company, and has the instructing significance.
