After-school care for school-age children has been a widespread concern of the society.For a long time,the responsibility of education after-school care for school-age children has been borne by the family.However,with the reform of family structure under economic development,families of school-age children generally have an urgent need for education service.A series of guidance opinions of the state and the government on education service of school-age children are provided.After-school education service of school-age children with the participation of social organizations of a welfare nature has begun to appear.To some extent,this makes up for the deficiency of hosted education on campus and hosted education service of profit-making organizations in the market.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the difficulties and optimization paths of social organizations’ participation in after-school care and welfare services for school-age children to improve the overall effectiveness of after-school care and welfare services for school-age children.At present,the development of social organizations in China is still in the initial stage,and there are many difficulties in the process of providing after-school care for school-age children,such as insufficient subjectivity of government welfare responsibility,insufficient funds for welfare services,and excessive emphasis on complementary welfare services.Based on this,the child welfare thought of marxism,children’s education and welfare thought,child custody after class welfare theory as the instruction,at the same time absorbing the beneficial elements of these theories,the integrated use of case analysis,the methods of literature research,selecting two social organizations to participate in school age children in Jiangsu province through the case study of custody cases after class in case the role of social organizations to participate in school-age children managed after class and their welfare characteristics,as well as social organizations play a role of school-age children after class hosting the safeguard mechanism and influence factors were analyzed,and thus reveals the current social organizations in providing school-age children welfare predicamentexisting in the custody after class.Finally,from the perspective of welfare,this paper explores the optimal path for social organizations to participate in after-school care for school-age children,mainly from the following aspects: define the national welfare benefits of social organizations to participate in after-school care for school-age children;We will expand government financial support for social organizations participating in after-school care for school-age children.Create a good environment for social organizations to provide after-school care services;Establish the socialization evaluation and supervision mechanism of the escrow service;We will improve the self-discipline mechanism for social organizations to provide after-school care services.The thesis is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which focuses on the background,meaning,and the domestic and international studies of the topic,and the concept of the concept of the concept of the concept of the concept of the after-school care and after-school care benefits of the school children’s after-school care.The second part is the theoretical basis for social organizations to participate in after-school care welfare services for school-age children,mainly based on marxist children’s welfare thought,children’s education welfare thought,and children’s after-school care welfare theory.The third part of the case study is based on the reality of this article,and the two social organizations in the province of Jiangsu are participating in the case study of the children’s after-school care services.The fourth and fifth parts analyze the role of social organizations in the after-school care of school-age children,the characteristics of welfare and the guarantee mechanism and influencing factors for social organizations to play the role of school-age children in after-school care.In the sixth and seventh part,on the basis of the case analysis,based on the theory of the relevant theory,it is to investigate the development of social organizations in the course of school children’s after-school care,and to try to put the social organization in the benefit Angle of the social organization and to participate in the optimal path of the children’s after-school care program. |
