The main purpose of this paper is in the process of urbanization and accelerating the various ongoing against migrant workers in the context of policy reform, study and analysis of Chinese society in transition under the concept of adaptive changes in the social security of migrant workers.The right of social security in the modern society is the protection of human survival and development of basic rights, a fair and equal property, it is not a gift from a charity, but a legal system requirements and arrangements.
