With the speeding up of aging population in china and the increasing of elderly population scale,as well as the expansion of the city to the countryside in the process of urbanization,a lot of rural land becoming to industrial and commercial land makes the number of the land-losing farmers steadily on the increase.There are many elderly in the large team of land-lost farmers.The living conditions and pension service demand of the elderly who lost their land is a very notable research subject.The research takes the old men who lost their land in the WuLou village,KouAn Street,GaoGang district,TaiZhou city,JiangSu province for example,through the questionnaire and depth interview to analyze the basic pension situation of the elderly who lost their land and the reason of the situation,then discuss the elderly endowment service demand and its influencing factors.And the paper put forward countermeasures to meet the requirements of their endowment service demand on the basis of the analysis and discussion.Through the analysis of the basic pension situation of the people this paper points out almost all aging staying in home except the households who enjoying the five guarantees,and there is few resource support their life.It's difficult to meet their needs such as the home care,health care,cultural entertainment,and the consolation of the spiritual.The paper analysis and points out the in land system is not reasonable,low land requisition compensation standard,family support function weakened,the cause of the social support network atrophy,etc.Through the Empirical analysis of the demand of the old men' endowment service we found that life care is the basic demand,health care and rehabilitation nursing is rigid demand,cultural entertainment is regular demand,spiritual comfort is a special demand.Through the strength analysis of the demand of the old men' endowment service shows that the number of children and the support relatives and friends have a significant relationship the old men' endowment service needs strength.Number of children,family support and strength of pension service demand that occupy the home show significant negative relationship;Neighbors support and pension service demand that occupy the home show significant positive correlation;Family support,the greater the lost old man home endowment service demand intensity is lower;Neighbors support,the greater the family endowment service demand is higher.The influence factors analysis of the pension service demand will of the old men showed that the individual factors,demographic characteristics such as gender,age,physical health to the old man home endowment intend no significant impact on demand,loneliness to the old man home endowment intend to have a significant impact.Family factors,family income will have an impact on demand for pension that occupy the home,if there were any number of spouses,children and family relationship does not affect the endowment demand at home.Social support,family support and friend support intend no significant impact on demand for home endowment,neighbors support can affect the endowment demand will occupy the home.In order to meet the requirements of the rural old man who lost their land endowment service demand,we need to build the community home endowment service as the main body and the institution endowment as supplement of the new rural social endowment service system as soon as possible;Perfecting the endowment service content and way that occupy the rural old man,let them have more selective in their economy bearing capacity.Taking the government to be the lead and society as the auxiliary,and raise pension services in multi ways.Developing endowment services industry,according to the different demand for diversification and differentiation pension services;Taking the combination of specialization and volunteers to promote the built of endowment service team and the construction of all kinds of endowment service organization;Establishing endowment service information platform and feedback service requirements timely.
