In today's international relations Nuclear is an important factor between countries, the nuclear issues of North Korea, Iran related to regional security and even the stability and development of international relations. Looking back at history, Belarus as a member of Eastern European countries inherited a large number of nuclear weapons after the disintegration of the Soviet Union,finally,through a wide range of efforts, smoothly achieved a nuclear abandonment, gave outstanding contributions in the stability of Europe and both in the nuclear non-proliferation history. This paper aims to analyze the process of Belarus's nuclear weapons remove,discuss internal and external factors that influence the nuclear process,thereby to understand the history of nuclear non-proliferation, to provide reference for today's nuclear issues. In this paper, author mainle used analysis research methods combined with historical data. International nuclear non-proliferation task is a long way to go, only learn from historical experiences, carry out the sincere and effective cooperation can effectively maintain and develop the international nuclear nonproliferation regime.
