Reform Of The Chinese Government Under The New Public Management Perspective

The new public management theory and the new public management movement was the 20th century, emerged 80 years. Some Western countries have adopted the theory of New Public Management doctrine, the government departments for their own large-scale reform movement. China is a socialist country, and Western countries have very different conditions, but this does not affect China's reform of the world's best experience in government departments to absorb and learn from. New public management theory, the reform of China's government provided a variety of perspectives, the reform of China's government departments to provide more choice of tools. New Public Management movement is the new public management theory and practice of the results, in Western countries has had a positive wider impact. Reforms in these countries provide us to draw on the experiences and lessons learned. In the new public management under the guidance of China's Government Reform will be crowned with great success.In this paper, system analysis method, induction literature, historical research methods and practice of research method, through a systematic analysis of new public management theory, meaning, origin, basis. And the analysis under the guidance of new public management theory, practice-governments'reform movement, came to the conclusion: that our country can learn from the new public management theory. Then analyzes the history of China's administrative reform, administrative reform comes to our previous shortcomings. Finally, in practice, put forward in the new public management theory in China under the guidance of the completion of my Government's sector reform policies and measures.This article concludes that the theory of our country under the guidance of new public, through a theoretical study as well as in government departments to introduce new public management approach, our government sector reform will achieve even greater success.
