Since reform and opening, our society has entered a comprehensive restructuring phase. During this period, overall national strength and people's living standards have acquired remarkable achievements. However, at the same time, various social contradictions and problems in the process of social transformation are also constantly emerge. In recent years, the unexpected mass incidents in the field of labor relations occur frequently, their scientific and detailed study to become an urgent need.Although the unexpected mass incidents of labor relations are impossible to avoid, it can be prevented, controlled and resolved. This paper close connected with the actual cases of reality, analyzing the status and the causes of China's unexpected mass incidents of labor relations, from which problems are identified, laws are summarized. Using the crisis management's successful experience from Western developed countries to build the management system of labor relations unexpected mass incidents which is suit to China's conditions. And also provide a useful suggestions and references.This paper mainly consists of the following five components:The first part, the reason for writing papers, and the describe of research meaning and purpose, etc., as well as the introduction of the related theory to crisis management;The second part, introduction to relevant concepts and analysis to related data, including the meaning of unexpected mass incidents and the characteristics, as well as the constituent elements and characteristics of labor relations unexpected mass incidents, etc.;The third part, using "taxi transport chain strike events" and the "Jilin Tonggang incident" as an example, through analysis and comparison, studying the external performance and the process of China's labor relations unexpected mass incidents, exploring the causes of the incident and the problem points;The fourth part, according to the common problems that exist in China's labor relations unexpected mass incidents, proposed recommendations to make the management perfect;Fifth part, the research findings.
