The Government Crisis Public Relations Management In The Unexpected Mass Incidents Of Minority Area

In the past30years since the reform and opening-up, great changes have taken place in China’s economy and society. In the mean while, the aid programs have been provided to Tibet and Xinjiang. Especially with West Development Strategy, the minority regions have been developed greatly in ethnic equality and common wealth. As more complicated the interest contradictions become, more unexpected mass incidents comes up. Considering the ethnic and regional complexity, the local governments in those areas confront more difficulties and challenges. With the development of technology, internet has become the black horse as the new media of public opinions. It attempts to generalize the problems and mistakes and propose some correct directions.On the basis of Inner Mongolia511event, there are three problems in the government crisis public relations management in the unexpected mass incidents of minority area. In response to this, the author proposes some directions based on experience of developed area and the characteristics of minority area. The author aims at a better consultant for the government in minority region, and a guarantee for social stability, sustainable development and ethnic unity.
