Heilongjiang Province, The Development Of Circular Economy Law Research

Circular economy is one kind of socio-economic development pattern, it can raise the resource efficiency and enhance the environment to realize the sustainable development. Circular economy needs legal support, according to our province resources and environment characteristic, we should draw support from the good beginning which "Circulation Economy Promotion Law" implements. We should learn from national and other city's advanced experience and develop our province circular economy legislation to promote circular economy positive developing. The text made a simple narrative on circular economy and circular economy legislation. First introduced circular economy local legislation importance, then introduced our province circular economy development condition and pointed out our province circular economy legislation superiority and insufficiency. The third part introduced the domestic and foreign circular economy legislation condition, we should profit from our domestic circular economy legislation experience. At last we should construct circular economy legislation and legal regime system which conforms to our province.
