Since 1945, the United States first developed and in practice use of nuclear weapons in the world, the question of nuclear weapons has always been a important to focus in international politics, international relations and domestic affairs. Great destruction of nuclear weapons capabilities and long-term radioactive hazard is a great threat to the existence of human beings constitutes.With the strategic situation is collapse of US-Soviet confrontation, finally, the world out of the Cold war. In the historical trend of the World multi-polarization and economic globalization, the international community achieved significant results in the field of nuclear disarmament and nuclear nonproliferation, human beings have full of confidence and hope for the future peace. Unfortunately, the international community has not fully and effectively use of the chance control and reduce nuclear disaster end the Cold War. Successive events make the peace come to an end, the world face the nuclear complex and serious situation again.After learning and reference research scholars, trying to issue in-depth analysis from history and international political theory for post-Cold War nuclear non-proliferation. On the basis of possession of foreign language materials in full, making the history and reality, macro and micro theory and practice together organically, trying to build a bridge with history, military science, international law and international politics.Since 90 years of the 20th century, some domestic scientists engaged in nuclear research and a group of scholars in International Relations gradually shifted the direction of nuclear non-proliferation. Had effective work from the technical, policy, theory and other aspects, emergence of a large number of different levels of research results, produced a significant policy and social consensus, but, these results are relatively more specific, studied in detail only one or two issues, this article will summarize these issues and summarized, based on previous studies to be outlined.
