This thesis puts its main focus on the Party Building in new social organizations. That field is, strategically, a very important part of the primary party building in general pattern. As a new-emerging, relatively independent one, the party building in this field differs from not only those traditional fields in villages, state-owned enterprises, Party and government organs and institutions based on administrative resources, but also those new-emerging fields in urban communities and new economic organizations based on interests. That is a strategic choice for scientifically constructing overall pattern of Party building.
