At the same time, Chinese government faces the important task that how to development the new civil servants farthest, making them integrate into the role and having basic skills of administrative office, being equal to their position as soon as possible, and then promoting the healthy, orderly, high quality development of the entire civil servants. In this paper, the writer arranged and summarized the function and feature of the training for the new civil servants, on this basis, probed the current situation into the training for the new civil servants in our country, and then found that the lack of understanding, the imperfections of the system, the inefficiency of operation in the current training for the new civil servants in And proposed countermeasures involve enhancing awareness of both the trainer and the trainee, roundly establishing regulations for implementation of the training for the new civil servants, and enhancing the analysis of needs for the training and the effectiveness of content,and so on.
