In this paper, the writer arranged and summarized the function and feature of the training for the new civil servants, on this basis, probed the current situation into the training for the new civil servants in our country, and then found that the lack of understanding, the imperfections of the system, the inefficiency of operation in the current training for the new civil servants in And proposed countermeasures involve enhancing awareness of both the trainer and the trainee, roundly establishing regulations for implementation of the training for the new civil servants, and enhancing the analysis of needs for the training and the effectiveness of content,and so on. Through arranged and summarized integrally the training for the new civil servants in our country, to look forward to provide reference for the work of the training of new civil servants.
