The Wenchuan Earthquake is the biggest natural disaster since the PRC found, many people was died in the Earthquake. I joined the disaster relief all long, and witness many things happened in the disaster area with my own eyes. when I close my eyes any time which I ever look will appear before my eyes. In this article, I analysis the theory about the public crisis, the lack of Chinese public crisis management, research the principle and road of the resource integration.
