With the current increasingly serious employment situation at home and abroad, the quality of employment has became one of the topics concerned widely. Vocational education,bearing the task of building outstanding technology-skill-based talents , is an educational form closely related to industry, business, employment. The quality of its graduates are drawing even more attention from the whole society'.In this paper, by studing the employment qulity of graduates in constrution vocational schools in Liaoning Province and close connection with the characteristics of human resources in construction industry, through questionnaires, interviews and other methods and fully understanding,obtained first-hand information, from the following aspects, the employment rate, major to career loyalty rate , salary, employers- employees satisfaction ,it presents the impersonal explication to the employment quality in construction industry of Liaoning Province.These years the employment rate of architectural graduates from vocational schools is higher than the general level nationwide,For the overwhelming majority of students were able to major-oriented employed; the job transfer behavior is a common phenomenon, but the frequent transfer will lead to decline in job satisfaction and sense of belonging.The salary levels are close to normal distribution and with the differences in the increase of work experience increasingly evident. The satisfaction between labor and capital is relatively high.From the aspects,social, school, graduates ,it is summarized in the resons of relating to the employment quality,then propose solutions to a targeted strategy. Enhancing the employment quality for graduates of vocational schools, the strategy mainly depends on the government, the community and the school level to be elaborated, including employment policies,supervision and monitoring, social attitude to vocational education. School level includes professional setting, curriculum and teaching content, career and education aspects.
