Support the development of vocational education in our country in recent years,since 2014 the national vocational education work conference,the development of vocational education in our country has welcomed the \ "spring\".After nearly 40 years of reform and opening up,with the rapid development of our country's economy in a critical period of transition,from the manufacturer to make strong,need more and higher quality of skilled talents.Vocational colleges and universities graduates employment quality with me closely related to national economic and social development,the graduates employment quality of vocational colleges and higher economic development has an important positive role.Based on the vocational education of secondary vocational education graduates as the research object,select modern technician institute of jiangxi province as an example research,through questionnaire survey and field interviews to be analysis study of 2017 graduate employment quality.This article mainly is the starting pay for graduates employment situation,employment,social insurance,employment contract situation stable status and job satisfaction,job quality indexes such as in-depth analysis,it is concluded that the current secondary vocational school graduates,insufficient employment quality is low,poor students employment stability factor.According to the results of this study,this paper finally from the state and society level,secondary vocational schools,students themselves are the feasible Suggestions are put forward.Based on the survey and interview results,this paper puts forward feasible Suggestions from three aspects: national and social level,vocational school level and students themselves are the feasible Suggestions are put forward.
