Research On The Current Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of Humanistic Quality Of Secondary Vocational School Students In The New Era

Since twenty-first Century,with the development of society,vocational education has been paid more and more attention by the government.With the all-round development of vocational education,the quality of skilled personnel has gradually increased,and it has become a hot topic to strengthen the humanistic quality of students in secondary vocational schools.However,due to the impact of traditional education mode and social environment,medium occupation education mainly "technology","humanities",the humanistic quality education did not receive enough attention,thus the professional student(i.e.secondary occupation school students)humanistic quality is relatively low.Our country is vast in territory,and there are some individual problems in the students' quality level in the secondary schools in the south,the north and the East and West,especially in the west.Therefore,this study selected Longnan health school as the research object,which will help to reveal the current situation and problems of humanistic quality of secondary vocational school students from the perspective of case study,and put forward practical improvement strategies.This study adopts literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and action research method of Longnan city health school students and some teachers conducted a survey and interviews,respectively,teachers,teaching system and school environment,curriculum,teaching methods,the use of the current situation of students' humanism problems are analyzed and discussed.This study mainly through literature and the connotation of humanistic quality of medium occupation school and significance analysis,questionnaire on the case on the basis of the school,found that seven aspects of the new period Longnan city health school vocational students have lack of knowledge on humanities,humanistic spirit,lack of interpersonal skills is not enough,the low level of Ideological and moral problems.There are many reasons for the formation of this situation,which can be divided into two aspects,subjective and objective,namely,five factors,namely,the students themselves and the objective environment factors.Through the discussion of the factors that influence the formation and problems,targeted countermeasures: changing running concept,enhance the level of students' humanistic spirit,strengthen students' interpersonal skills;to strengthen Humanities Teachers,cultivate excellent teachers and give full play to the role of teachers;improve teaching and evaluation system,improve the quality of the humanities courses,strengthen students' humanistic knowledge training;improve health school campus cultural construction in Longnan City,to enhance the ideological and moral qualities of water level students;strengthen students' social practice,enhance the health school students in Longnan City for the level of understanding of the humanities quality.
