With the rapid development of computer, communication and Internet technology, the social sectors have entered into the information period, the university's employment of traditional management mode can not meet the current employment situation. And employment of college graduates information network management is becoming an important evaluation indicator of employment of college graduates work. Employment to colleges and universities, how to build a consistent and more efficient service in the employment of graduate's guidance information systems have become challenging issues, and it is imperative.Since some colleges have insufficiency in the institutions of higher employment management systems, the thesis is focus on researching a network-based management systems which combines with the actual needs of the current employment management.This major research questions are as follows:1.It made a full research on our current university employment management situation and expounded the employment management system for university employment administration to improve the efficiency of employment and the importance of service level;2.It made a deep study in the related technology of university employment management system;3.Analyze and explore the design requirements of the employment management system;4. Text all the functions of the system, and propose relevant conclusions and the outlook of the design.The formation of university employment and improvement of management system make the contribution to university employment management. The innovation of the system is to realizes the dynamic interaction between graduates and employers, offer the latest information which both need and make the majority of graduates communication between recruiters easy. Besides, The system, simple and friendly interface, has been recognized by the employment management staff.
