Secondary vocational education shoulders the training adapted to socialist modernization requirements, art of morality, intelligence and physique full scale development, has the comprehensive vocational ability, in production, service, technology and management work of high-quality workforce. Secondary vocational schools can develop excellent psychological quality, healthy personality of the new generation, relates to the success or failure of the future China as the world’s industrial powerhouse. Taking fujian L secondary vocational school students as study case, through the questionnaire investigation, interview method and chart method, literature method and other research methods, personality status of secondary vocational school students has carried on the investigation and analysis, found the following several aspects:moral education implementation of heavy slogan qing; Methods and lack of innovation of moral education and human nature; Moral education content empty and from the student actual; Ignore the moral education activity practice training; Different quality of moral education teach; The moral education system lack of coordination; The students lack their own quality and family education does not reach the designated position, etc. To solve these problems, the author refer to relevant research literature, combined with individual psychology, founder of Adler’s personality theory research, puts forward relevant countermeasures. Full text is divided into three parts.The first part, summarizes the Adler personality theory of the personality power theory, theory of life style, social interest theory and creative self theory enlightenment to develop secondary vocational students’ healthy personality. The second part, the L secondary vocational school students in fujian as the research case study object, a secondary vocational students’ healthy personality status of empirical investigation, found that the education of secondary vocational school moral education to the students in the cultivation of healthy personality, the problems in the formation of secondary vocational education of moral education under the secondary vocational student’s healthy personality standard. The third part, the secondary vocational school health problems of personality education is put forward to strengthen and improve secondary vocational moral education for strategic thinking to cultivate students’ healthy personality.
