Innovation is the soul of national progress, is an inexhaustible motive force for national prosperity. With the development of science and technology, the increasingly fierce international competition ,talents training, especially the high quality talented person's raise with creative consciousness and the innovation ability has become the focus of countries in the world. Creativity determines a country's competitiveness, simultaneously determines a country's future. Cultivating the students' creativity, currently become an important problem to be resolved in our country.Discipline education as the main way and means to foster students' creative, is the main position to cultivate students' creativity. Creative education will lost its support and student's creativity development will also lost its resource if there is no creative discipline teaching. Life is full of all language. The language discipline takes a foundational disciplines, having the instrumental and humanistic unified characteristics, played an unique and irreplaceable role in cultivating the students' creativity.The full text is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction, mainly introduced the question proposes, the present situation of domestic and foreign research, the research purpose and the research technique and so on.The second part has combed and analysis the literature at home and abroad, and based on this, creativity and creative teaching concepts are defined, and emphatically makes a distinction between concept - creative teaching and creative teaching which is also easy to confused, at the same time, made a brief overview of the relationship between creativity and intelligence as well as knowledge.In the third part , in order to implement the creative teaching well in the language discipline, this research has made the detailed elaboration to the language curriculum's nature. The language curriculum has instrumental and humanistic unified characteristic, in addition language curriculum has the characteristics of humanity, practicality, adaptation, nationality, this makes language subjects appeared the superiority which other disciplines did not have in the aspects of training students' creativity, especially in the two aspects of student creative personality gradually influencing and thought imagination radiation.In the fourth part, based on the viewpoint that teaching is formed by teacher's teaching and student's study, this research thought that the creative teaching strategy statement, cannot only pay attention to the student creative raise,simultaneously must give the related value to the language teacher. Teaching must carry on in certain circumstances, therefore, optimization the teaching environment, and to create a free, democratic and harmonious learning atmosphere for students is indispensable. Therefore, this research from teacher, student and environment optimized three angle proposed that training creative teachers, gradually influences student's creative personality, to train student's creative thinking, design personalization work strategies and so on.
