This paper studies influencing factors of undergraduate quality assurance in the Brown University. It first defines the concepts of quality, assurance, quality assurance and so on. The analysis of factors affecting quality assurance of higher education is also included. The framework of the paper is proposed based on the existing research that is to analyze the quality assurance of Brown University and its influence in quality of undergraduate education from the factors of curriculum, faculty, students, resources such as funding and web and others.As one of the best universities in all over the world, Brown university takes actions to assure the quality of undergraduates by curriculum, faculty, students and so on. The measures adopted in curriculum are:choosing courses with freedom, setting stringent requirements standards, giving emphasis on academic and professional development based on continuity. About faculty, the Brown university establishes and improves the pay system and welfare programs to attract the best teachers and maintain the stability of good ones and supporting teachers to do scientific researches and teachings. Brown university takes steps to attract good students like increasing scholarships, providing preferential loans to poor students, taking non-discrimination policy to recruit outstanding minority students, female students and foreign students. In addition, some measures like purchasing books, computers to ensure the resources. The interaction between teachers and students is encouraged and to emphasize the building of campus culture. Furthermore, the curriculum is a very important factor to connect students with teachers and to improve the quality of the students. The teachers and the students have a major impact on the curriculum. The resource of funding else assure to attract best students and teachers and improve teaching and they also influence the funding and so on. In a word, those factors mutually restrict and promote each other, as a whole it is greater than its parts. All of them assure the undergraduate students of the Brown University have high academic ability, creativity, etc. and make the Brown University to the top.
