The Reasearch On Inner Assurance Of Underguraduate Teaching Quality In Chinese Regular University

With the higher education focusing on the popular education from the elite education, the society set a new goal for the quality of the talent-cultivating. In the mean time, there is a prominent contradiction between increasing quantity and declining quality in higher education. In such situation, the Ministry of Education launches a series of documents to strengthen monitoring the undergraduate teaching quality. Many scholars had a deep and sound research on the thoughts and methods of the higher education teaching quality guarantee. The university itself also start their ways.This paper is trying to integrate literature retrieval and comparative research with higher education, management and psychology. The author intends to study how the students, teachers and educational officers play their roles in the teaching progress and find ways to improve the general higher school teaching quality in the base of the three main bodies in the teaching process.Firstly, the author analyzes the connotation of the higher education quality and set a definition for the general school teaching quality and teaching quality guarantee. Secondly, it expatiates the people-oriented teaching quality view in the popularization stage. In the end, how the students, teachers and the educational officers to improve the undergraduate course teaching quality in the guideline of the scientific teaching quality view.The new points in this paper: There are two factors which influence the university teaching quality, the main body factor and the objective body factor .The focus is on the status and role of the three main body factors in the teaching quality guarantee. In the three main body factors, the most important is the students' role to guarantee the higher school teaching quality.
