Chemistry exercises are important in organizing the students'learning and practicing activities in Chemistry teaching, which has the function of developing students'scientific literacy. But the current exercises have always been weak and lagging behind in the curriculum reform, which can not meet the requirements of the new curriculum reform.The thesis starts with the analysis of current situation of Chemistry exercises in high school, taking the three-dimensional target in the new curriculum reform as the standard, and adopts methodologies of literature review, questionnaires, interviews to analyze and summarize the exercises on "non-metal and its compounds " in PEP textbook. On this basis, obtain the principle of exercises compilation and design new exercises, hoping to provide some references for designing the high school Chemistry exercises. The conclusions are listed below:First, according to the analysis of 198 pieces of articles on high school "Chemical exercises" included in CJFD from 2005 to 2010, most of the studies concentrated on the discussions of "exercises teaching", in the next place on the "exercises design" and the studies on "exercises design" mainly analyzed the principles and strategies from a macroscopic point of view, seldom on the study of designing new exercises according to analyze the characteristics and deploy of exercises in specific section from microcosmic angle. The field should be improved in the future.Second, compared with the quondam exercises, new exercises presented characteristics of question diversity and situation. However, most teachers and students consider that the exercises are not many and difficult enough for practicing which can not meet the requirements not only for the college entrance examination, but also for achieving the "three-dimension objective". Besides, some good exercises in teaching auxiliary materials published in recent years coexist with the bad, even designed beyond the curriculum standards. At aspects of designing content of exercises and setting problem need to be improved. Therefore, compiling the synchronization problems which are consistent with the concept of the new curriculum reform has a positive effect for achieving the goals of the new curriculum reform.Third, there are three inspirations based on the analysis of the present studies:1) the exercises should base on the content of the textbooks, highlight the basic knowledge, emphasize innovation, and focus on the creation of new context for the knowledge; 2) the exercises should take the "three-dimensional objective "as the basis and focus on the transformation of knowledge, grasping the breadth and depth of exercises; 3) the exercises should train the "skills and methods", "emotional attitude and values" of students, cultivate their ability of obtaining and processing information, analyzing and solving problem in all aspects from the chemical perspective, probes through the experimental.
