This research depends on educational psychology and Theory of Interest. By summarizing the previous results of the others', and combining the theory with students' practice in studying biology, this research explore the construct about interest of biology studying. At the base of it, we try to establish the surveying instrument about biological study interest with better credibility.This research is divided into four sections. The main idea of the first part is the summarize of study interest, and the second section talks about the fundamental research of it is contained in. The surveying instrument is accomplished in the third part. In the last part, we make discussion and perspective. We also explore the deficiency of the research and make the assumption for the future research in this part.The fundamental construct of biological study interest is established by both theory and practice studying and primary concept of "biological study interest" is measurablely defined. Subsequently, we acquire the basic elements of the primary concept in the way of the "Inherent logical consistency". Transforming the most subordinate element, we get the surveying scale including of 56 items which consisted of three sun-scales (individual study interest, situational study interest and lies surveyed).The results show that most elements accord with the theory construct except minority and the credibility is better.
