There are environmental problems from the very beginning of the world. However, it has been becoming more and more critical than ever before. It is the common problem all the people have to face. These environmental problems will not be solved without the cooperation of more helps. Instead, every actor involved in the international relations needs to shoulder the responsibility to make progress in the global governance in the environmental field.My thesis focuses on the international environmental non-governmental organizations, analyzing how it influences on the policy making of a government. It starts from the reasons why international environmental non-governmental organizations become popular. Secondly, it will go to elaborate its relations with other actors and the way it chooses to take effect. To make it more convinced, it will take CANA for an example to analyze the impacts on the process of decision making of a government no matter in the internal and external affairs.
