At present, the reform of curriculum was carried out all over the country. It was the forth year of the curriculum reform in Liaoning province. Its standard can reflect the educational theory of physics teaching, that is knowledge and skill, processes and methods, attitude and value. This standard represents the benefit of students and its long term development. Students in senior school viewd that physics is difficult to learn because the knowledge is deeper and larger compared with junior school. As a teacher, we should take a bridge to help students know how to learn. In this paper, theoretical and practical exploration is carried out in terms of the basic teaching of senior high school.Firstly, the paper analyses the differences between the students of junior and senior school in three aspects of cognitive, knowledge learning as well as the psychological state. A questionnaire was carried out among students of senior high school in Anshan. According by the results, further analyses about the physical learning situation of students are made. Secondly, the paper proposes several suggestions mainly to stimulate interest in learning physics, focus on old and new convergence of knowledge, and strengthen the physical model of the teaching and the guidance of the physical learning methods. Meanwhile, theories are discusses with some interesting examples in this paper. The paper is hoped to play a helpful role in basic teaching of physics of senior high school.
