The life quality of independent time decides person's life quality. One of modern people society disposition's important symbols is to use the independent time scientifically and effectively. In education category, student, if can manage the independent time, then he can develop independently.The traditional education thought is too deep to person's fetter, causes child's dependent psychology to be greatly strengthened, lacks the independent management ability. The child is often informed wants"to treasure the time""the save time", in teacher and the guardian"reminds unceasingly"under can the period of revolution. Once is separated from the control to feel helpless. Trains the student to learn the independent time management to be imminent.We thought:"the independent time management"is the process of student (main body) through the time which controls freely (object) cause one's own limited life more effective.This research using the interview law to the elementary school higher grades teacher, the guardian, student representative carries on the thorough interview, to understand the independent time management present situation and the difference of current elementary student; According to the consult literature material, the comprehensive interview result, establishes "Elementary student Independent Time Management Condition Questionnaire", to 311 fifth, sixth grade students of Dalian liberation elementary school, carries on the questionnaire survey.The analysis cruising data, discovered that the independent time management way of the elementary school higher grade student has thefollowing problem: First, lacks the consciousness of independent time management; Second, lacks the method of independent time management; Third, lacks the will of independent time management. In view of existence question and related reason, this research proposed the following strategy: Regarding the elementary student own, First, enhance the consciousness of independent time management; Second, teaches the method of independent time management (to establish the goal, to formulate the plan, to arrange the time scientifically, to record the time, do not let other people waste your time); Raises the elementary student's self-control of independent time management. Regarding the teacher, the guardian, first, establish the space and time of time management for the elementary student; Second, the example demonstration, sets an example; Third, provides the suitable environment, removes the indifferent stimulus as far as possible the disturbance.This research launches regarding the independent time management way of the elementary student, hoped that can contribute the intravenous drip strength for the domestic and foreign time management research.
