Research On The Independent College Students' Spare Time Management

The purpose of this paper is to adopt questionnaire investigation method,supplemented by interview method,using the statistical software for data analysis,independent colleges in chongqing college students' spare time management of the overall situation of study and discussion.Through the self-made questionnaire,respectively for independent college students after school time management cognition,use,access,influence factors and degree of satisfaction of five aspects.By the investigation and analysis of four independent college of Chongqing university students,it is concluded that the independent college students after school time poor overall situation and the existing problems,after careful analysis and thinking,analysis,conclusion and carries on reason analysis of existing problems,put forward the corresponding improvement Suggestions.This paper mainly divided into its parts:The first part is introduction,mainly elaborated the paper selected topic background,research significance,research status were reviewed,and the "independent college","time management" and so on defining the concept.The second part is the research design,mainly expounds the research content of the paper,object,method and research process.This paper USES a questionnaire is given priority to,supplemented by interview method,investigation of Chongqing four independent college students as the object,after analyzing questionnaire for packet coding input software,for further analysis.The third part is the design of the questionnaire and the former test.This part is mainly about the theoretical model construction of the questionnaire,the questionnaire to implement prediction,detection is up to standard.By testing,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire to reach standard,provide the basis for a formal questionnaire for measuring.The questionnaire of the correlation between the various factors in the medium level,in 0.421 to 0.755;The internal consistency of the questionnaire is 0.897;Correlation coefficient between each factor and the total time management between 0.418 to 0.755.The fourth part is the independent college of Chongqing university students after school time management general descriptive analysis of the status quo of the present.This part is mainly based on recycling effective questionnaire data,the data analysis software,combined with the interview results,analysis of each dimension and presents the conclusions.Independent college students' spare time management and each dimension in the gender,professional,grade significant differences,the self-study time,etc;Independent college students' spare time management of each dimension in the cadre of students,and frequency of self-study,etc.There is no significant difference.The fifth part is according to the analysis conclusion is in front of independent college students in their spare time management shortcomings,while in terms of the overall level at high levels,but in the context of the various factors,there are still some problems,and analyse the causes of these problems.The sixth part is on the fifth part of the problem and put forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures,combined with the results of the analysis,from the time cognition,application status,access to the satisfaction,influence factors and the status quo,this paper analyzes the existing problems and reasons,to put forward the countermeasures for these problems.The seventh part main part is the conclusion.
