This paper takes the middle-upper grade pupils in Hangzhou city as the research object, and studiesthe development situation of their time management disposition. It also compares the differences between their home and school in terms of time value, time efficiency, and time control. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions on improving these students’ time management skills.The results show that:1.It is good which is in the development of the middle-upper grade pupils’ time management disp osition, the averagein school is 74.39, while the average in time value relatively high. The study show s that the differences between boys and girls are not significant.But boys and girls who are in the second dimensions of time monitoring live in the difference, the boys in school can complete the t ask of the teacher arranged on time. 2.In the time management disposition at home of middle-upper grade pupils, the average score is 68.98. On the whole, there is no significant difference between boys and girls.But there are some diff erences between boys and girls in second dimensions of time monitoring.Especially in getting up, washing face, brushing teeth, eating breakfast, girls are better than boys.3.Overall, middle-upper grade students in school is better than who are at home, which is in time management tendency. Students’ performance in school are a little bit better than they are at home. In the sense of time value, students have better development at home and in school. In the sense of time monitoring and time efficiency, the pupils’ performance in school are slightly higher than they are at home. |
