At present we are in the social transition period, reform and opening up, economic diversification, a variety of factors docking, collision, an increasingly accelerated pace of life, the tremendous impact on our lives, how to deal with all sorts of temptations of modern society and the ever-changing human psychology quality, and personal self-management capability of the huge challenge. In such a social environment, to adapt to the requirements of a pluralistic society, the successful response to the school and the pressures and challenges of the future, we must have the best self-management capabilities, in order to better achieve self-worth. Therefore, students should have to figure out what kind of self-management capabilities, to clarify the factors that affect the self-management capabilities, as well as how the various factors play a role, thus contributing to the development of individual self-management capabilities, better for the future social development personality stability, to move independently of the socialist builders and successors.In this study, a comprehensive domestic and foreign literature, based on a literature review, questionnaires, interview methods, from the schools, classes to manage their own affairs, in the life of the self-service, self-management, psychological self-regulation and adaptation , self-learning ability, interpersonal relationships and other aspects of some middle school ,about self-management capabilities to investigate the development of the status quo and explore the secondary school students self-management capacity development and existing problems of the status quo, then there is the cause of the problem analysis concludes with the promotion of secondary school students self-management capacity development countermeasures. The results showed that the current secondary school students in self-management capacity development mainly by two effects: environmental factors (including family rearing environment, class atmosphere, social and cultural environment), students in individual factors (including psychological and physical aspects).Study recommended that schools should provide students with more and better space for self-development conditions and promote individual self-management capabilities. Parents of students have to overcome their "grown up" in real panic, so that students in the appropriate age to do the right thing, when their own masters, and not become a stumbling block to development of students on the road.
