With the rapid development of the economy,people's lifestyle has undergone great changes.In a variety of social environments,the decrease in physical activity affects people's health.This problem is particularly prominent among contemporary young students.In order to improve the physical fitness of young students,the corresponding document issued by the Ministry of Education pointed out that the weak part in China's education is school sports,and there is an imbalance in the development of sports between urban and rural areas.We should improve the conditions schools with weak compulsory education in rural areas.Taking Longhai City,Fujian Province as an example,this study compares and analyzes the urban and rural schools' leadership in sports organizations,the construction of key tasks,the status of physical education teachers,and the participation of junior high school students in sports activities,providing a reference for urban and rural schools to do a good job of student sports.This article takes the urban and rural junior high school students in Longhai City,Fujian Province as the research object and the current situation of sports participation as the research content.It adopts research methods such as literature data method,interview method,field survey method,mathematical statistics method,and comparative analysis method.This paper takes teachers and students in urban and rural junior high schools into consideration.At the same time,the implementation of key physical education tasks in schools,the organization and implementation of physical activities,and student sports participation were analyzed.First,both the urban middle schools and rural middle schools in Longhai City are relatively optimistic in terms of promoting and implementing sports policies.However,the construction of the school sports risk protection system for both urban and rural middle schools is still insufficient.Among them,insufficient investment in safety education resources,and inadequate coordinated emergency measures for student sports safety accidents are all under construction in both urban and rural middle schools.Second,both urban and rural middle schools in Longhai City have sufficient sports funding,but both urban and rural middle schools have unreasonable financial input,which is manifested in less investment in the training and training of physical education teachers and the maintenance of venue equipment.In terms of the allocation of sports equipment and resources,urban middle schools are better than rural middle schools.The sports facilities and facilities in rural middle schools are relatively backward,showing an imbalance in the development of urban and rural middle schools.Third,the development of weekly class hours in the third and third grades meets the requirements of authorities.However,due to the lack of physical education examinations and insufficient physical education of teachers in the first and second grades.The basic sports education are projects that are easily to carry out,the training of "three main balls" and other items is less.The urban middle school is better than the rural middle school,which reflects the development of different sports in urban-rural development of schools in Longhai.Fourth,Longhai City 's physical education of teachers',teachers' teaching philosophy,professional skills,organization and methods,and other evaluation content,urban middle school physical education teachers are generally better than rural middle school physical education teachers,reflecting the urban and rural inconsistent teaching staff.In addition,urban and rural middle school physical education teachers have not paid enough attention to extracurricular physical education on campus.Fifth,in terms of participation awareness,urban middle school students are better than rural middle school students.In terms of motivation,urban and rural middle school students' participation in sports are different.In terms of physical education,there was no significant difference between urban and rural middle school students.In terms of extracurricular sports activities on campus,urban middle schools are more diverse than rural middle schools;the content,frequency,and intensity of participation in urban and rural middle school students are generally similar.Rural middle school students are better than urban middle school students in terms ofparticipation time.Sixth,the main factors affecting the participation of urban and rural junior high school students 'sports participation are as follows: school physical education and guidance have a more obvious impact on rural middle school students' sports participation.Urban and rural middle school physical education teachers have certain deficiencies in guiding and paying attention to students.Rural high schools receive sports field equipment and the impact of facilities is more significant,and the academic pressure of middle school students in urban areas has a greater impact on the enthusiasm and initiative of student sports participation,and the peer relationship between students is an important factor affecting the sports participation of middle school students in urban areas.In view of the above conclusions: urban and rural middle schools should improve risk management mechanisms,clarify responsibilities,improve accident coordination methods,promote student sports participation;optimize the funding structure and local government sports expenditures should be tilted to rural middle schools to support the development of physical education in rural schools.Urban and rural middle schools should further strengthen the construction of key sports tasks in schools and cultivate students' enthusiasm for sports participation;focus on the construction of urban and rural physical education teachers,improve the management level of urban and rural teachers,stimulate teachers' investment in teaching,and ensure extracurricular physical education.Both urban and rural middle schools should attach importance to education guidance,so as to improve the status of student participation in sports.Urban and rural middle schools should pay attention to alleviate students' academic pressure,effectively promote student sports participation,and allow students to build good peer relationships to improve students' physical fitness.
