Research On The Talent Training Mode Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education In Higher Vocational Colleges

Innovation and entrepreneurship education has become a national hot topic and a common goal of higher education to cultivate their talents since China implemented the national strategy of "innovation-driven development" in the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation".Higher vocational colleges are also actively exploring the way of innovation and entrepreneurship education theoretically and practically,which has effectively promoted the development of it with some achievements and experiences.However,there are still many theoretical and practical problems in the process of establishing a scientific,realistic and characteristic training system for innovative and entrepreneurial talents,which have hindered the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges greatly,such as the deviation of value system,the singleness of talent training mode,the separation of innovative and professional education,and the low interest of teachers and students in innovative entrepreneurial courses and so on.This paper studies the training mode of innovative and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the characteristics and deficiencies of the most typical talent training methods,and summarizes the other problems in the training of innovative and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.This paper probes into the establishment of the " multi-through " mode for cultivating talents in innovative and entrepreneurship education,expounds the educational concept,main contents and basic structure of the mode,and thinks that this idea is based on facing all the students and paying attention to the individualized development of the students.And innovative and entrepreneurial education through the whole process of personnel training,focusing on the cultivation of students' innovative spirit,entrepreneurial awareness and entrepreneurial ability.Finally,through the empirical analysis of a higher vocational college in China,this paper details the practice of the "multi-through" innovative and entrepreneurial education,and analyzes the role of this model in promoting and deepening the innovative and entrepreneurial education in higher vocational colleges.The paper is divided into six chapters: the first is an introduction,which firstly states the background and research significance of the topic,then summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad,expounds the research status of innovative and entrepreneurial education at home and abroad.Explained the research mentality,the research method and the innovation place,finally carries on the concept limits to this research in the higher vocational colleges innovation enterprise education talented person raise pattern;The second chapter introduces the typical training methods of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges and analyzes their shortcomings,and expounds the other problems in the training of innovation and entrepreneurship education personnel in higher vocational colleges.The third chapter and the fourth chapter are the research and design of the "multi-through" innovative entrepreneurship education personnel training model,and in these two chapters detailed the basic concept of the model,training objectives,theoretical basis and design principles and the specific implementation of the framework.The fifth chapter analyzes the case of innovation and entrepreneurship education in SY College.This paper expounds the general situation,the concrete implementation methods,the achievements obtained,the enlightenment obtained in the implementation process,and the shortcomings of the mode of carrying out the "plural transfixion type" innovation and entrepreneurship education in this specialty.It is hoped that this research might be of any help in the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education and the talent training system of it in higher vocational colleges by providing these suggestions and some countermeasures to the problems.
