Kindergarten teachers'professional identity of students majored in preschool education mainly refers to they love the major deeply and like to look the Kindergarten teachers as a career, at the same time they give positive feelings and feedback to the major. This paper investigated the professional identity of college students majored in preschool education in Shandong province and then gave the rational suggestion of promoting the professional identity of students majored in preschool education.This paper may use the method of material collection and survey. Summarized the post study and analyzed the training programs in most college of Shandong province, at the same time use the talking and questionnaire as the main tool. In order to know the professional identity of students majored in preschool education we surveyed 125 students in Zibo normal college and got the result.Objectives of college preschool education major reflect the importance of professional identity and ability, but neglect the professional emotion and awareness;The professional emotion training class has a small proportion in the whole subjects. The teaching pays more attention to the knowledge and skills, but neglect the link of skills and Kindergarten teachers'professional;To students, how to choose their major subject in college has great influence to their identity of students majored in preschool education, and then the identity influences them how to choose job after their graduation;The level of students'identity that majored in preschool education is different between students who start from college and students who start from vocation.The object is to give advice that how we can improve the degree of identity among students on the base of analysis.First, during teaching them, we must tell them the importance of the identity, especially pay attention to the cultivation of professional emotion .we also must guide students to form correct understanding of preschool teachers'role.Then, to improve the rationality of curriculum aspects, so students can improve their levels of the identity.The third, we also need different methods of cultivation to different students.In the end, by creating good school environment and good Society activities, we can help students to form their original vocational identity.
