The hope of a nation is in the education, while the hope of the education is in the teachers. The fully development of teachers'professional potential is the important condition of enhancing the quality of the school education and then promoting the social development. As the main media of instruction, teaching language plays an important role in the quality and the efficiency of education. Teachers'language style refers to the speech atmosphere and the speech style when they are expressing themselves by language, which has the features of originality, stability and integrity. It is the mature markings of teachers'language.Due to the problems of teaching language, the efficiency of the teaching is not high. For example, some teachers'language is not clear, not fluent, not attractive, very plain and so on. So it needs improving as the teaching ability.Famous teachers form their own language styles. They can stimulate students' interest in study and improve the students' thinking ability, deepen the understanding of knowledge, and strengthen the emotion with students. In order to provide the basis and the way of improving teaching language literacy of teachers of primary school and middle school, this paper aims to study the famous teachers'language style and its formation.The paper first study the features of the styles of famous teachers'language, then explain how they form the styles, mainly adopting the method of case study.As for the features of the four teachers'languages'styles, we first summarized the styles of their language, then analyze the styles on both spoken language and body language. Spoken language is the basis and main part of language while body language is the supplements and strengthening of language. Both of them form a unity harmoniously. Body language includes tone, speed, intonation, blackboard writing, graphics, posture, gestures, facial expressions and so on. The study shows that Dou Guimei's language style is lyric style, for she usually quotes classic, uses rhetoric and understand texts deeply. Yu yongzheng's language style is humorous style, for he often creates humor by many methods. Hua Yinglong's language style is heuristic language style. He can arouse students'interest by create a situation, ask questions step by step, and ask while knowing the answer to correct students mistakes. Wu Zhengxian's language style is scientific and interesting combination style. She can interpret math concepts by situation language, correct mistakes of students by reduction to absurdity, and sum up mathematical methods by image language.We deduced the ways of formation of their language styles by study their experience about their profession. The influencing factors of their language styles include external factors and internal factors. The external factor means that they often learn from other famous teachers or specialists. The internal factors include their love toward education, persistent pursuit, reflecting on their teaching, action research and so on.We raise several suggestions about how to form a language style for teachers from primary schools and middle schools. They include study continually, read books, reflecting on teaching and learn from other good teachers.
