| Chinese teaching style refers to Chinese teachers gradually form integrated performance during the long-time teaching practise, including teaching ideas, teaching skills and teaching methods, which are fruitful and productive. Teaching style marks the stable state of personalized teaching art.For a long time, the study on famous teachers'teaching style has been engaged enthusiastically by many researchers and teachers. From the beginning of the late 1970s, the study has drawn much attention in China. At the same time, Chinese teachers accumulated a large variety of teaching ideas and practical experience, which are accompanied by the rising and developing of the study on teaching style. There are many famous Chinese teachers'(such as Wei Shusheng, Qian Menglong, Yu Yi, Cheng Hongbing, Dong Yifei and Wang Jun) teaching style influencing thousands of ordinary teachers. Moreover, some of them become important leaders in teaching Chinese. The study on their individual teaching style has also became an important category.However, in recent years in the Chinese teaching, many researchers take famous teachers'personality equal to teachers'teaching style and pay much attention to famous teachers'extraordinary personality charm, rather than their advanced teaching philosophy and unique teaching style. This is really a wrong view because it doesn't realize famous teachers'virtue and value.This paper focuses on the unique community of female teachers and researches their teaching style, explores their characteristics in teaching style and investigates their common quality in forming their particular teaching style. This study is important for contemporary female teachers'professional development and is also theoretical and practical. Based on the case study, this paper collects four famous female Chinese teachers (Yu Yi, Li Jilin, Dou Guimei and Dong Yifei) as research objects and researches their teaching style intensively, including studying their wonderful classroom memoir, analysing their superb teaching art and summarizing their unique teaching style. From the perspective of these female teachers'classroom teaching and famous works, through the writer's accurate analysis, the paper tries to assist more female teachers in forming their own teaching style and then contributes a bit to the development of our female Chinese teachers. |
