With the demand of multiply-developed society and modern education theory, we should pay attention to student individual differences and to meet the different needs of students, to promote overall development of students has been given more and more attention. Actual teaching art in junior high school, students in the basic level, interests, learning style and personal development needs have great differences, which are due each student has different learning preferences, learning context and learning needs. At present, Class Teaching in Art Education under the syllabus and textbooks in accordance with the provisions of the purposes, tasks and content requirements for the unity of teaching. This "one size fits all" situation and the individual differences of students in stark contrastabout this, facing a different personality differences of class group, facing the same course materials and uniform standards for teachers on how to take care of differences between students, how to get the pursuit of the art potential of every student get the most development?
