The teachers'professional develpment is now one of the central subjects in the world education reform. Along with the arrival of the knowledge economy time, the knowledge management becomes the hot topic which the enterprise pays attention, and also it is applied in the education teaching gradually, through which attempts to promote the teacher's specialized growth. This research is for the purpose of discussing the relationship and the present situation between the teachers'professional develpment and knowledge management, comparing the different situation of different background in the teachers'professional develpment and the knowledge management, and finally proposing the feasible suggestions from the teacher individual and the school according to the conclusion to promote the countryside elementary and middle schools teachers'specialized development.This paper is conducted through the research of the literature discussion questionnaire and the interview. It takes the teachers from Chang Fa,Tong Nan town central school, La Ha the fist middle school, Tong Xin and Quan Sheng center school as the sample objects. The effective questionnaires are 168 in total. The research tools are the countryside elementary and middle school teachers' career development and the knowledge management situation questionnaires, including the teachers'professional develpment and the knowledge management meter two parts and the teacher and school leaders'interview outline. The statistical methods includes description statistics, the T-test, the single factor analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient analysis and so on. The results are as follows:First, the present situation of countryside elementary and middle school teachers'career development is not entirely satisfactory as desired. The teachers are not impressed by the knowledge management.Second, the teachers'professional develpment has no difference even if they are different in sex and the education level, but does with different ages. Also the teacher title has obvious difference in the teacher's study condition. Therefore, the second supposition "the countryside elementary and middle school teachers'specialized growth and the background variation (sex, age, education level, title) have no obvious difference" has not obtained the support.Third, the teachers'professional develpment has no difference even if they are different in sex and the education level, but does with different ages. The difference of the teachers' different tiles leads to obvious difference in sharing the knowledge. Therefore the third supposition" the knowledge management and the background variation (sex, age, education level, title) have no remarkable difference" has not obtained the support.Fourth, the teachers'professional develpment and the knowledge management have close relevance. Therefore the first supposition" the countryside elementary and middle school teachers'knowledge management and the teachers'specialized growth do not have the relevance" is not to be untenable.The paper divides into five chapters:Chapter One is the introduction, which mainly introduces the background of this study, meaning, the domestic and foreign research present situation and the research mentality and the method; Chapter Tow is the rationale, mainly includes the knowledge management and the teachers'professional develpment correlation theories; Chapter Three is the investigation and the analysis of the teacher'professional development and the knowledge management in the countryside school, to investigate the current status of teachers'professional professional and knowledge management in public primary schools, to explore the influence of the background variable on difference situation as well as the relations; Chapter Four is strategy to face the teacher'professional development and the knowledge management in the countryside school,; Chapter Five is the summary and the forecast, mainly is to the research results summary as well as to the following research forecast.
