Class teacher is a collective organizer and manager who is the vinculum among the teachers of all branches. Class teacher links up the school,the family and even the society.With the development of the society,the competition becomes more violent, the concept transforms more quickly.Facing up the new changes,the Senior Middle school pupils’ physical and psychological characteristics bring the Senior Middle school Class teachers more requests that urge them to transform the old thinking modes and working ways.In this transformation, how is the survival condition of the Senior Middle school teachers in charge of classes ? This thesis studied the survival condition,including job burnout, job satisfaction and occupational stress. by these three aspects of the investigation and research, reveals the current Senior Middle school class teacher’s survival condition in S city of XinJiang. Reflect the reality of its existence and survival condition’s influencing factors of the Senior Middle school Class teachers, and thus raise valuable questions targeted solutions to improve the survival condition of the Senior Middle school class teacher in S city of XinJiang, to promote the sound development of China’s class teachers, improve their task performance and education quality.The author establishes Questionnaire of the survival condition of Senior Middle school teacher in charge of class on the basis of forecasting and selects 255 samples in four public Senior Middle schools in S city of XinJiang and then uses statistical software SPSS 17.0 for Windows to input and analyze the data. Generally speaking, the result displays that the degree of job burnout and occupational stress is average while the satisfaction degree is high in the Senior Middle school class teacher in S city of XinJiang.Specifically in every way, there are also some problems, such as class teachers’ weak decompression ability, lack of leadership mechanism, low-payment, hiatuses in humanistic concern, heavy work load and high social expectation. Finally, this thesis carries on a omnibearing analysis on the basis of investigation and provides the effective suggestions for the teacher in charge of class as well as the school and society to enhance the enthusiasm of the teacher in charge of class, ultimately to promote our education.This thesis has five parts:The first part is introduction, which includes the reason for choosing the topic, study meaning,literature review and related definition.The second part is research design, including research contents, research ideas, research methods,object of study and research tools.In the third part, The thesis studied the survival condition of class teachers, including job burnout, job satisfaction and occupational stress. by these three aspects of the investigation and research, it reveals the current Senior Middle school class teacher’s survival condition in S city of XinJiang. By means of the investigation of class teacher’s survival condition, we can draw a conclusion that the degree of job burnout and occupational stress is average while the satisfaction degree is high in the Senior Middle school class teacher in S city of XinJiang. Through further analysis we can conclude that different background factors,for example, gender, professional title, class engaged in, school age and the reason of being a class teacherall have an influence on class teacher’s survival condition.The forth part analyzes the problems in class teacher’s survival condition, such as class teachers’ weak decompression ability, lack of leadership mechanism, low-payment, hiatuses in humanistic concern,heavy work load and high social expectation. this thesis then provides corresponding suggestions for class teacher as well as the school and society.The fifth part includes research conclusion. The main conclusions of this study are as follows:First, The overall job burnout level of the class teacher in high school is in general. In terms of each dimension, there is a relatively high degree of low achievement on the class teacher,Deindividuation phenomenon is not obvious. There is a certain degree of correlation among the three dimensions, emotional exhaustion has the strongest association with deindividuation. In the aspect of job burnout, there is the problem of "poor decompression ability" and "lack of leadership mechanism".Second, The overall level of satisfaction is relatively high. In terms of each dimension, class teachers have the highest degree of satisfaction with colleagues, and the lowest with their work pay. There is a certain degree of correlation among the six dimensions, teaching work is the most relevant factor with leader. In the aspect of Job Satisfaction, there is the problem of "low pay" and "Weak humanistic care".Third, The overall job stress level of the class teacher in high school is in general. In terms of each dimension, The work load brings the greatest pressure to the class teacher, followed by the occupation expectation, and the interpersonal relationship is the factor that makes the class teacher feel the minimum pressure. There is obvious correlativity among the six dimensions, exam stress is the most relevant factor with workload. In the aspect of Job Stress, there is the problem of "high work burden " and "high social expectation ".
