Application Personnel Needs Of The Local College Professional Courses Set In The Context Of Popularization

With the development of economic globalization, we ushered into the era of knowledge-based economy. It requires the major structure and curriculum system in local colleges take adjustment and reform continually to cultivate the high-quality applied talent, and take advantage of applied research, and turn the science and technology into the motion of development of regional economic. For example, to broaden the professional caliber, to construct an integrated curriculum and newly emerged professional courses, to strengthen practice stage, to adhere to the double-line system of scientific research and application, and to take the road of combining production, learning and research, etc. This topic start with the demand for talents, to discuss the construction of the professional curriculum of the local colleges and universities. in order to improve the curriculum, to improve the quality of personnel training, and to meet the require of social and economic development.In this paper, in the first part, the author introduces the background, characteristics and development trends of the local colleges. Through reviewing the history of local universities' emergence and development, to discuss the characteristics of the development of local colleges, and to have a brief analysis of the future development trend.
