The employment problem of college students has always been an important issue that university managers and society pay close attention to.The result of job search is that the number of job hires,salary levels and job satisfaction received by the job seekers in the course of a certain period of time,they use their own and external resources to achieve the employment goal.Job search results reflects the employment situation of college students in a certain extent.Mentioned job results,more people think of the employment environment,college students personality traits and other uncontrollable factors.However,recent studies have shown that the focus of the study on the factors have an limited affect on employment problem.Therefore,based on the COR theory,this study studies the impact of college students' career psychological resources and human capital on job search results from the perspective of individual resources.And the mechanism of its role in more in-depth study to discuss the job self-efficacy and job search in which the role played.In this study,381 fresh graduates were surveyed using the Career Mental Resource Scale,Hunan Capital Scale,Job Self-efficacy Scale,Job-seeking Behavior Scale and Job-job Scale.Spss16.0,Amos17.0 and Mplus7.0 were used to analyze the differences,correlation analysis,multiple regression analysis,construct structural equationl model,Bootstrap analysis,and finally get the following results:1.There are no significant differences in the gender of the research variables,and there are significant differences in the qualifications and school types.2.The more rich the psychological resources of college graduates,the higher the self-efficacy of their job search will be more satisfactory by improving the frequency and intensity of job search.3.The richer human capital of college graduates,the higher the sense of self-efficacy in their job search,the higher the frequency and intensity of job search to get more satisfactory job results.4.Job-seeking self-efficacy and job-seeking behavior in the career of psychological resources and job search results play a chain intermediary role.5.Job-seeking self-efficacy and job-seeking behavior in the human capital and job results play a chain intermediary role.To sum up,this study validates the influence of career psychological resources and human capital on job search results.And found the role of job-seeking self-efficacy and job-seeking behavior in career psychological resources,human capital and job search results.In view of the research results,this paper puts forward constructive opinions from the perspective of college students,school administrators and enterprises.
