Our country as a large agricultural nation, the rural population accounts for above 60%.With the new curriculum implementation and deepening, its situation in rural areas plays an important role in the success of the new curriculum reform.So we can say the effective implementation of curriculum in rural senior school is an important guarantee for the success of the new curriculum reform. But the teacher takes one of the main executors of the new curriculum, it is the core factor which affected the new curriculum reform, and directly decides the curriculum reform success or not. So study the status of teachers' teaching is an important part, which we understand the status of rural high school teaching.In order to study more about the present situation of the rural teachers'teaching, discover the questions in teaching, analyze the primary causes of affecting teachers teaching in accordance with the new curriculum requirements, promote the countryside teaching effective and smooth implementation. In this paper, we investigate the rural senior physics teacher situation in Shaanxi province. The prime task include the following:Firstly, based on consulting the related information and literature, I find the entry point of the issue, build the indicator, questionnaire, interview outline of the high physical teacher teaching in Shaanxi countryside. Secondly, through the questionnaire, interview and theoretical analysis induction to study the present rural physics teacher's teaching status in Shaanxi province. Thirdly, according to the survey results, we must find the problem and analyze the reasons in teaching, and understand the physics teacher teaching implementation factors.Fourthly, put forward the targeted recommendation and effective strategies accorded to the problems and affecting factors.We draw the following conclusion through investigating the present teaching situation of the rural physics teacher in Shaanxi:1.Most of physics teachers not only have adapted to some changes in the new curriculum, can well handle with the relationship between students and teachers, they basically have the correct teaching views, students and other new teaching ideas.2.The majority of physics teachers already could grasp and develop the material skills, simultaneously they can reflect on their teaching promptly, and they may use the working way which the new curriculum changes advocated.3.Most of physics teachers have realized that the new teaching goal can develop all students' comprehensive quality and play an important role in students'lifelong. And we can see it has made the ideal progress in three-dimensional teaching goal.4.The physical new curriculum's implementation, the teaching idea, the teaching goals as well as the teaching way change, all this can bring the challenge and develop opportunities to the teachers, but it also makes the majority teachers face with more burden.5.Because of the teachers own quality and teaching resources inadequacy, these teachers unfavorably applied the modern education technology, as well as most physical teachers still use traditional teaching way.6.Increase the propaganda of the new curriculum, encourage teachers to study promptly, strengthen the teacher training as well as speeding up the curriculum resources and so on, can guarantee the whole teacher to effectively implement the new curriculum in rural areas.
