The content of physical education curriculum is the core of physical education curriculum,and the development and research of PE curriculum content resources is the driving force of the content of physical education curriculum.Based on the background of new curriculum reform on "Strengthening rural physical education and developing and studying physical education curriculum",and the spirit of "Opinions of strengthening youth physical education and enhancing the physical fitness” promulgated by the State Council,this paper aims to enhance the explore and development of rural physical education,combined with the actual situation of development of middle school physical education curriculum in rural areas of Luancheng County.This paper wants to gradually transform and improve the Middle School Physical Education curriculum content in rural areas of Luancheng county,through the development of rural sports fitness curriculum content resources.After graduation,I have a positive response to the national Hebei Normal University and the post office of rural master teachers.I am devoted to the countryside junior middle school sports teaching in Luancheng County.Through the visit and investigation on the status of the local rural middle school physical education curriculum content of a preliminary understanding,this paper found that rural middle school students in rural junior high school physical education curriculum in the teaching of traditional sports,monotonous the teaching content reduced the students' interest in physical education curriculum,weak sports equipment configuration reduces the students participate in sports activities,and gradually affects students' physical health and sports senior high school entrance examination scores.By analyzing the present situation of middle school physical education curriculum in rural areas of Luancheng County,the research and development of PE curriculum content resources have an important guiding significance to promote the good development of the local rural middle school physical education curriculum.This paper used literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,data statistics method and experimental method to research junior high school physical education curriculum content in Luancheng County.I made full use of physical sports during myundergraduate study,and transformed it into the Luancheng County Rural Junior Middle School Physical Education Curriculum teaching content,so that the local rural junior high school students in the teaching content the existing sports curriculum has more scientific and systematic knowledge of physical theory and sports skills,in the existing sports resources reasonable development of homemade sports equipment.At the same time,I actively carried out all kinds of sports games and sports activities in the physical education curriculum and daily activities,stimulated students' interest in sports,and gradually enhanced the physical fitness of students.The research and development of multi-channel multi level enables the students to pass the senior high school entrance examination sports test.The results are as follows:(1)Through the investigation and analysis of the current status of rural junior high school physical education curriculum in Luancheng: sports teaching content is single;the school sports facilities in rural areas lack of configuration;the training of students enthusiasm is not high.All of these factors result in the decline in physical health status of students.Senior high school entrance examination sports test scores are also not ideal.Through the investigation,students lack of physical content,which needs scientific physical content development to solve the problem.(2)In the physical content development,through the physical fitness class content development,students master the physical exercise related theory and method of system science,and physical quality is obviously improved;the self-made sports equipment development can ease the situation and supplement of sports equipment lack;through sports game development,students' interest in class are improved,students' consciousness exercise habits are developed,and the students' physical quality improvement are promoted.(3)Since the implementation of the physical experiment of physical education curriculum development in rural junior high schools in Luancheng County,the data were compared and analyzed before and after the experiment.The physical experimental group sports improve the performance and progress are studied and summarized to provide reference data for the Luancheng County Rural junior middle school sports teaching work and provide the basis for improving teaching quality of students' physical fitness programs.(4)The result: through the development of PE curriculum content of the physicalresources,I promoted and enhanced the overall physical fitness of students and outstanding achievements in sports senior high school entrance examination test scores,triggered a series of research results and changes,and unanimously approved by the local physical education teachers,school leadership.They think the physical identification of content development success is suitable for adoption,it also will be used for reference and research experience,and as a junior high school physical education curriculum content in rural areas of Luancheng county.
