| In order to promote teachers’ initiative to adapt to the tide of educational informatization development,improve the informatization ability of teachers,and promote teachers to actively and effectively use the micro-ability of informatization education and teaching to carry out education and teaching,in March 2019,the Ministry of Education decided to implement the National Project 2.0 for Improving the Application Ability of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Information Technology.The ability improvement project 2.0 proposes to promote the training of teachers’informatization application ability,and at the same time,it also proposes to implement school-based application assessment,diagnose and evaluate teachers’ informatization education teaching ability,and evaluate the implementation effect of the school ability improvement project 2.0.On September 1st,2021,the Executive Office of the Project to Improve the Application Ability of Information Technology for Primary and Secondary School Teachers issued the Guidelines for the Diagnosis of Micro-ability of Information Education and Teaching for Primary and Secondary School Teachers,which was used to guide all localities to carry out the diagnosis and evaluation of teachers’ information education and teaching ability.At the same time,the document proposed that all localities should appropriately supplement and adjust the contents of the guidelines on the basis of full argumentation according to local conditions and teachers’ professional development needs,and form local operational norms.However,in this document,only the practical problems,capability descriptions and practical tasks of each micro-capability point are explained,but the relevant diagnostic indicators are not formulated.Therefore,it is very important to learn from and refer to the original evaluation standard,combine the current informatization level of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and expert opinions,revise and improve it,construct the diagnostic index of primary and secondary school teachers’ informatization education and teaching micro-ability,and form local operational norms,which has theoretical and practical significance.First of all,through literature analysis,this paper studies the related literature of teachers’micro-ability diagnosis in information education and teaching at home and abroad,sorts out the development course of teachers’ information technology application ability standard,and provides theoretical basis for the micro-ability diagnosis index of primary and secondary school teachers’information education and teaching;Secondly,through interviews,we know the application and diagnosis status of the micro-ability of primary and secondary school teachers’ information education,so as to provide a realistic basis for the construction of the diagnostic index system of primary and secondary school teachers’ information education.Thirdly,on the basis of reading and deeply understanding the "Evaluation Standard for the Development of Primary and Secondary School Teachers’ IT Application Ability",the diagnostic dimensions of 10 micro-competence points in the mixed environment are preliminarily constructed.Secondly,modify and improve the original evaluation criteria in combination with expert opinions,and build a diagnostic index system of primary and secondary school teachers’ information education and teaching micro-ability;In addition,the weights of the constructed diagnostic indexes are calculated by using the expert ranking method.Finally,the constructed diagnostic indicators are tested in a small range,and the diagnostic indicators are modified and improved in combination with the real feedback of teachers.Finally,the diagnostic indicator system of primary and secondary school teachers’ micro-ability in information education and teaching is determined.Therefore,combined with the informatization level in Ningxia,the diagnostic index of primary and secondary school teachers’ informatization education teaching ability is more suitable for Ningxia,which is conducive to the realization of school-based application assessment and the evaluation of the implementation effect of School Ability Enhancement Project 2.0.Finally,this paper summarizes the research and puts forward the future research prospects. |
