Since the 20th century,90 years, China's secondary vocational education has gained considerable development. However, the secondary vocational schools did not receive moral education of the simultaneous development,for vocational students'words and deeds were not accord with social development, moral understanding has gone wrong. Secondary vocational schools are the implementation of secondary vocational education schools, where the objects of enrollment are junior middle school graduates and have the equivalent of the staff, it is the stage at the high school vocational education. In secondary schools, technical schools, or adult secondary specialized schools the students who learned to read or graduate students can be referred to the so-called "vocational students".Compared with ordinary high school students, vocational students have different general characteristics of the high number of students, in particular in:poor culture foundation, uninterested in learning; not strong self-control, impetuous attitude, impulsive; lack self-confidence, strong self-esteem; more bad behavior, against strong sense of social orientation,difficult to manage; broad interests, good communication; serious puppy love.Moral understanding is moral phenomena, moral relationship, moral principles and ethics, which mainly refers to relationship of objective reality, dealing with relationship understanding of the principles and norms. As a social existence, understanding the formation and change has some inherent correlation with social, school, family and self, this is the result of their interaction and joint efforts. The survey has found that although all vocational students understand the moral, and even some of them can have more understanding of the system, on the whole are not very optimistic. The main moral problems are as follows:ambiguous understanding of the moral nature; one-sided understanding of the role of morality; lack of awareness of ethics; moral understanding of fuzzy relations; moral understanding of the utilitarian presentation.The moral causes that resulting in vocational students'understanding are multifaceted, which are as follows:Social factors, including the immature ethics system, negative social phenomena, the negative effects of the market economy, weakening of moral regulation. School education factors, including the social transition of the negative impact of school education, school moral education deficiencies, the strong tools sense of its moral education. Family factors, including lack of family and moral education, inappropriate families education; inappropriate words and actions of the parents. Self-cultivation factors, some of them have moral defects. In order to improve the vocational students'understanding of morality,the first step we should do is to create a helpful social environment for growth, including strengthening the civil service ethics, building efficient and clean government; strengthening the supervision on the news media, removing the unhealthy contents; creating a good social atmosphere, and enhancing moral values-oriented functions. Second, we should give full play to the advantages of school education, including school culture to create a good environment for moral, ideological and political education should be closely integrated with real life, school education should reflect "people first" concept. Once again to play in improving family education in the vocational school students understanding of the role of ethics, including fully exploiting the potential advantages of family and moral education, the moral education in the forefront, family education should be scientific, we should pay attention to emotional experience, finally, improving the vocational students' morality of themselves. including active participation in social practice, increased awareness of ethics in practice; the emphasis on theory with practice, in the comparison and identification of learning; the strengthening of moral self-cultivation, shaping the healthy personality.
